Granada Hills, California Private Equity Funded Loan

In September of 2016 our Borrowers contacted our company looking to obtain a $200,000.00 New 1^st Trust Deed on their Free & Clear Owner- Occupied property Granada Hills, California .  The Borrowers were in the “Restaurant” business and were looking for additional capital to open a 2^nd restaurant location in the Granada Hills, California.  The Borrowers had substantial equity in their property, and since they had restaurant experience we were able to arrange a Business Purpose loan in about a week, that provided them the needed capital to secure the proposed location, and further open the intended 2^nd restaurant location.
