Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act Notice

The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act Notice prohibits creditors from discrimination against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided that the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); because all or part of borrower income is derived from any public assistant program; or because the applicant has in a good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

Our company’s policy relating to income which is received as alimony, child support, or separate maintenance does NOT need to be disclosed to our company unless such income is necessary to qualify for the applied loan.  Income from these and other sources received by our company’s applicants, including part-time or temporary employment, will NOT be discounted by our company due to sex or marital status.  Our company will consider very carefully the stability and probable continuation of any such income that we disclose or obtain.
