E-Sign Consent

The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign Act”) requires that our borrowers consent before we can electronically transfer certain mortgage loan disclosure documents which is required by federal and state laws to email to our borrowers as part of our company’s Online Mortgage Application Process.

In order to continue with a loan application from an borrower, we must have our borrower’s consent to receive our company’s mortgage loan disclosures electronically.  Our borrower’s consent will apply to the initial mortgage loan application and if applicable to other future mortgage loan applications.

If for some reason a borrower does NOT agree to the E-Sign Consent, then we will not be able to continue with the online mortgage application process; however we could still assist borrowers in-person or over the telephone at (888) 797-7970.E-Sign Consent
