We were contacted in February 2018 by the Son of a former Borrower where he was looking to obtain funds on a Spec House he was building for CASH from the ground up but had run short of funds.  The property was only about 60% completed.  This loan was a very difficult loan to arrange, since most Investors do not want to touch a house that is half built, since there are so many ways things could go wrong.  We were able to arrange the requested financing from an Investor of our company who was also a builder and understood all the complexities associated with the requested loan
